The Family Fun Fiesta (F3) @ Downtown East is organised and sponsored by NTUC Club in support of the Labour Movement’s U Care initiative.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $4,000 and below; OR Per Capita Income of $1000 and below if gross household income exceeds $4,000.
2. Members must have at least 6 continuous months at point of application and must not be in arrears

Note: Family members refer to applicant’s immediate family members and they must be staying in the same household in Singapore.

Objective

F3 is held several times a year, with the aim to strengthen family bonding, promote a greater work-life balance and better well-being by enabling lower-income union members to enjoy a day of fun with their families at Downtown East at no cost.

Documents Required

1. Income Documents Required from Members

Status of Member	Member with a Singpass account – automatic retrieval of the following information via Myinfo with consent	Member without a Singpass account – manually upload the following information
If Employed	CPF Contribution History (past 15 months) Notice of Assessment from IRAS (for Year of Assessment 2023)	Payslip (of any recent 3 months in year 2023)
If Self-Employed		If the Annual Trade Income is less than $6,000: Copy of acknowledgement after submitting IRAS Form 144 (for Work Year 2022) If your Annual Trade Income is $6,000 and above: Copy of Notice of Assessment from IRAS (for Year of Assessment 2023)
If Unemployed		CPF Contribution History for the past 3 months

2. Income Documents of Spouse and/or Family Members (manually upload)
   • Copy of Payslip of any recent 3 months in the year 2023 (if working) OR,
   • Copy of CPF Contribution History for the past 3 months (if not working) OR,
   • Copy of IRAS Notice of Assessment (for Year of Assessment 2023) or Form 144 (for Work Year 2022)  (if self-employed).
3. Supporting Documents for Child(ren):
   • Photocopy of Member’s Child/Children’s Birth Certificates OR Education Supporting Document
   • For foreign birth certificate(s), please also submit Certificate of Singapore Citizenship / Re-entry Permit AND Student Pass.
4. Additional proof of residential address required from other family members other than spouse and child(ren).

Note: Applicant may be required to submit other supporting document(s) for verification and audit purposes.

How To Apply

Union members who meet the eligibility criteria are to apply through their respective unions:

1. Application period opens from 26 October 0900hrs to 10 November 2359hrs.
2. Union members who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications via OneCARE at https://ucare.ntuc.org.sg/assistance/.

When and How will Members Be Notified
Members who applied successfully before 10 November 2023, 2359hrs will receive an email invitation with RSVP link on 11 November 2023, 1200hrs.
Members may select their preferred run on either 25 or 26 November 2023, subject to availability. Upon successful RSVP, members will receive an email with the QR code. They can present the QR code in exchange for the admission tickets to Wild Wild Wet on their selected event day. The registration booth is located at Begonia Terrace.

Note: Tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Quantum

Each successful applicant will receive a family recreation package* comprising the following on the day of the Fiesta:

1. Admission tickets to Wild Wild Wet
2. F&B vouchers
