Eligibility Criteria

1. Membership

Members must have at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears.

3. 1. For Members with Family Members Staying in Same Household in Singapore:

• Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $6,000 and below, OR
• Per Capita Income of $1,500 and below if Gross Household Income exceeds $6,000

Note:

• Members’ family members refer to immediate family members who are living in the same household in Singapore and does not include domestic helper(s).
• Gross household income is defined as all income derived from employment/business, inclusive of overtime and allowances.

Documents Required

Income documents are required from member and all family members living in the same household, except family members who are attending school:

Status of Member	Member who chooses to pre-fill application form using Singpass – Myinfo – automatic retrieval of the following information via Myinfo with consent	Member who chooses not to pre-fill application form using Singpass – Myinfo – manual uploading of the following information
If Employed	CPF Transaction History (past 15 months)AND/ORLatest Notice of Assessment from IRAS	Payslip (of recent 3 months from date of application)
If Self-employed		Copy of latest Notice of Assessment from IRAS
If Unemployed		CPF Transaction History (of recent 3 months from date of application)

Supporting Documents	Where required
Birth Certificates	Dependents in the same householdFor foreign birth certificates, also submit Certificate of Singapore Citizenship or Re-entry Permit
Proof of education (within recent 3 months from date of application)e.g. Successful admission letter into Special Needs School (To show Name of school-going dependent, date of document, year of school)	Eligible special needs children in the same householdThe child must be enrolled in a government-funded Special Education (SPED) school in Singapore (refer to Appendix A for a list of eligible SPED schools).
Proof of Residential Address	All family members in the household, except for the member’s immediate family members (spouse/children)
Applicant’s Bank Statement	Copy of Bank Statement showing Bank Account Name, Bank Account Number and Name or Logo of the Bank for verification purposes

Note:

• Applicant may be required to submit additional supporting document (s) for spouse and child/children for verification and audit purposes.

How To Apply

Applications open from 16 April 2025, 1200hrs to 31 December 2025, 1600hrs. Eligible members who meet the programme criteria may submit their applications by clicking the “Apply Now” button.

$1,000 per eligible special needs child
